World Languages

I am sure that most parents, when they look back at their own education, have some regrets about what they wish they had learned. One of my greatest is not learning to speak a second language. I am so jealous when I see our students emerge from the FLES program ready to tackle one of the world languages offered in grades six through nine. This short video deepens my regret as I watch our Upper Schoolers not only learning to become fluent in their target language but also having so much fun at the same time.

I hope you feel the passion of our Upper School teachers of Latin, Greek, Mandarin, Spanish, and French––and I know you will see the excitement in the eyes of the students!
